During transporting ANDROMEDA rests in its folded position and adds only 15cm to the car's height. For pointing to the satellite ANDROMEDA is errected and safely locked with a length-adjustable cylinder. A round rotating plate with a compass is mounted in the middle of the base plane. The plate is turned until the engraved north-direction is pointing to the same north-direction as the compass is displaying. The errected ANDROMEDA can now be rotated in order to align azimuth with an engraving for the specific satellite. Elevation is adjusted in rotating the cylinder until the propre water-level (one for each satellite) displays balance.
ANDROMEDA is a very easy to operate system and it's useful for TV satellite dishes as well as for INMARSAT telephones.
